Our team floral workshops provide a low stakes way for your team to flex their creative muscles. We have found that most people do not believe they are creative and that lack of belief can impact their work. If your employee does not believe they are creative or are not used to activating their creativity they may not feel confident enough to solve problems or speak up with their solutions. 

Therefore our workshop focuses on activating that creative muscle in your team and giving them permission to flow creatively. 

Our price starts at $35 per person for a fresh floral workshop & $55 if you want to create a fresh wreath. 

You can also add on a team project where the each team member has  the opportunity to create a design together. This exercise pulls the creative voice out of each team member and as a leader you get to see how your team truly works together. Who is willing to lead, who is willing to ask for help, who doesn't feel like a valuable member of the team, and who isn't fully bought in.
