Does your team have objectives that require teamwork?

Roots + Blooms works with corporate teams and groups whose employees typically work independently and dread team building activities. We have helped team members identify and appreciate one another's unique strengths, fostering an environment of open communication, tolerance, understanding, and ultimately, creative collaboration. 

Our workshop approach starts off with independent arranging and ends with a team arrangement that each team member has an opportunity to add to. We put what they have learned about each other to the test with a team project. This team project also allows our instructor to observe how the team works together and how open their communication is as a team.  

Overall our team building workshop takes about 90 minutes. The cost is $40 per participant and that covers the flowers and materials. The team building exercise and instruction is $350.
